On day 1, the warrior Shveta, a son of Virata, makes a run at Bhishma. When Shveta falls, Dushasana dances with glee and celebrates his death. Krishna’s unseemly celebratory antics when Karna killed Ghatotkacha on Night 14 are in conversation with Dushasana’s antics from Day 1.
